This session focusses on how local transport authorities can build a carbon evidence base in support of their local transport strategy. Topic includes where your emissions come from, how they change, what are the issues and opportunities presented from each authories' baselines. It also cover theory of change work, using analytics in the tool to understand the scale of the challenge at hand and what level of ambition is required to meet different levels of carbon reduction.
